Our Story
George’s Keep focuses on expertly crafted cocktails that are diverse enough to suit all tastes. From the Asbinthe Frappe and a twist on a Pisco Sour, to an expertly mixed Old Fashioned, the bar is extremely approachable. The focus on mixology is not a new concept for owner Steve Mahoney, who highlights craft cocktails at his other location, Blue Box at the Pearl.
Affectionately known as Éilan's best kept secret, George’s is on the terrace level of the European-style property.
