George's Keep is the newest bar concept by Stephen Mahoney, who also opened Blue Box at Pearl and the Green Lantern in Stone Oak. Located on the terrace level at the European-style Éilan property, George's looks like no other bar in San Antonio. It has a comfortable neighborhood bar vibe.
